To serve you more effectively it is critical that the first meeting be used to get to know one another and so you coordinator can begin to visualize the dream that you have for your wedding day. It would be nearly impossible to recommend, refer and suggest ideas and vendors without first discovering which ones would best fit the uniqueness of the couple. It is for that reason that the initial consultation at Heavenlee Bridals & Wedding Services is FREE.

Packages

We offer a variety of services to meet your individual needs. An hourly rate is available if you need guidance, referrals, research or phone calls or there are on-site packages starting at $450. Heavenlee Bridals & Wedding Services makes a commitment to our brides to offer quality service at an affordable price. If we do not have a package to suit your needs we will create one for you.

Amethyst Package

You have meticulously planned your perfect wedding day. Now it is time to
relax and enjoy the day. The rest is up to us to see that everything goes as you have
planned. This package is also known as "The Day Of" package. It includes:

• Attend planning meeting with officiant
• Assist in any unforeseen details
• Complete the walk thru of the rehearsal
• Brief videographer and photographer on ceremony details
• Distribute flowers
• Distribute final payments to service providers
• Submit completed license
• Orchestrate the day's events up until the serving of dinner

Sapphire Package

This package includes everything in the Amethyst package as well as:

• Attend final meeting with the venue
• Oversee all the events at the reception

Ruby Package

This package includes all of the above as well as:

• Setting and attending appointments
• Negotiate final contracts
• Make arrangements and set timelines
• Assist in the overall planning of the event
• Execute those plans on the day of the wedding
